* The AMKIT Consortium has the role of an innovator within the changing network of cooperation.
* As holders of expertise, libraries are respected developers of learning environments and teaching. Libraries also promote the effectiveness of research and development activities as well as regional development.

* The AMKIT Consortium coordinates centralized services for libraries that support the development of local services and cost efficiency as well as the libraries’ ability to focus on their core functions.
